Schedule:
Full-Time | On-Site What You'll Do Patient Care Administer medications and provide basic wound care under clinician supervision Prepare and administer immunizations for patients across all age groups Educate patients on chronic disease management, including diabetes and hypertension Triage patient calls and address clinical concerns Support care coordination and positive patient outcomes Obtain vital signs, reconcile medications, and maintain accurate records in Athena Perform in-office procedures, including EKGs, strep/flu/COVID testing, and ear lavage Manage lab samples and maintain accurate documentation Clinical & Administrative Support Support efficient patient intake and smooth daily office operations Assist with documentation, scanning, correspondence, and other clerical tasks Maintain and replenish medical supplies Autoclave instruments and assist with vaccine supply management Support prior authorizations and communicate with medical insurance providers Quality & Teamwork Follow clinical protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives Support onboarding and contribute to a collaborative team environment Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance patient care What We're Looking For Qualifications Active Massachusetts LPN license 2+ years of recent nursing experience; primary care preferred Current BLS certification Graduate of an accredited LPN program AthenaHealth experience preferred Spanish bilingual skills are a plus Skills & Attributes Strong clinical knowledge and critical-thinking skills Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail Proactive mindset with leadership potential What You Can Expect Make a meaningful impact through a patient-focused, relationship-driven care model Work alongside a collaborative and supportive team Opportunities for professional growth and innovation Competitive compensation and benefits If you're an LPN looking to use your clinical expertise, build meaningful patient relationships, and grow within a collaborative primary care setting, we'd love to hear from you.
