Job Description:

License Practical Nurse (LPN) is key player in the Health Services Department. They provide support to the individuals we serve as well as providing training on medical aspects to our Direct Support Professional employees. Responsibilities involve direct and indirect nursing care of clients to include medication administration, physical assessments, lab draws, transportation to appointments and staff training.
