Our ideal candidate is warm, patient, and enthusiastic about providing excellent pediatric care in a friendly, family-centered environment. Position Summary The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents while working closely with providers and the care team. This role requires someone who thrives as part of a collaborative team that loves what they do. Key Responsibilities Welcome and prepare pediatric patients for visits by obtaining medical histories and vital signs Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered Provide education and reassurance to children and their families Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Support patient flow to ensure efficient and positive visits Maintain exam rooms, medical supplies, and equipment Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Experience in pediatrics preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families Compassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment What We're Looking For At Sunshine Pediatrics, we are looking for someone who: Loves working with children Is kind, patient, and reassuring with families Works well with others and supports their teammates Takes pride in providing exceptional care Brings positivity and enthusiasm to the workplace Join a team that is passionate about caring for kids and making every visit a positive experience for our patients and families.
