PRN Schedule:

Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care Duties:

Provide direct nursing care as necessary: Temperature checks, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, treat wounds, administer medications, apply dressings, etc. Help in evaluation of residents' needs. Supervise the care provided by nurse aides. Understand and follow all current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities. Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Qualifications:

Current, valid Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Positive attitude and the ability to work as a team. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Always put the residents' needs first, honoring them with dignity and respect and providing excellent care to our empowered elders. Have a genuine desire and enthusiasm to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
