Company DescriptionProvide compassionate nursing care that supports recovery, stability, and patient well-being in a collaborative behavioral health environment. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team while helping patients build toward improved health and independence.

At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide.

Job DescriptionYou'll work onsite at a state behavioral health hospital in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, providing daily nursing care, medication administration, admissions and discharges, patient education, and recovery-focused support.

You'll apply your LPN skills to provide compassionate nursing care, support patient recovery, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and build meaningful clinical experience in a structured behavioral health environment. New graduates are welcome.
Schedule:
Full-time | Set shifts | No rotating on-callKey ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and support daily care routines within LPN scope.

Support patients during admissions, discharges, activities of daily living (ADLs), and recovery-focused care activities.

Observe changes in patient behavior and report updates to the RN or physician.

Educate patients and families about care needs and help families understand ongoing care.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery, safety, and overall well-being.

Perform other nursing tasks as assigned by an RN.If you do your best work in an environment where the team is as invested as you are, this role was built for that.

QualificationsRequirementsCurrent, active Kentucky LPN license.

High school diploma or GED.Ability to meet all facility onboarding and clearance requirements.

New graduates welcome.
