Southwind Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a resident-centered, short-term skilled and long-term care community in Crowley, LA is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse. We are passionately committed to partnering with our employees to ensure a safe, supportive, and stable work environment. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Night Shift LPN.

HIGHER COMPETITIVE
salary range based on years of experience in addition night shift differentials to accompany a positive team environment.Responsibilities of LPN:
- Administer nursing services and assign duties to Nursing Assistants and other designated personnel, assuring each resident's needs will be met during the assigned shift
- Provides report to Nursing Assistants
- Make rounds on assigned residents frequently during the shift, providing intervention and nursing services in accordance with the resident's personalized care plan
- Prepares and administers medications as ordered by primary care providers
- Provides special procedures as ordered
- Performs any other task as assigned by the Director of Nursing Most possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
