Join our team and experience the delivery of healthcare, well beyond ordinary! We are currently looking for LPNs interested in PRN shifts (Day or Night)

  • Day Shift
  • 6AM•6PM or Night Shift 6P•6A• (Night shift diff available)
Responsibilities of LPN:
  • Administer nursing services and assign duties to Nursing Assistants and other designated personnel, assuring each resident's needs will be met during the assigned shift
  • Provides report to Nursing Assistants
  • Make rounds on assigned residents frequently during the shift, providing intervention and nursing services in accordance with the resident's personalized care plan
  • Prepares and administers medications as ordered by primary care providers
  • Provides special procedures as ordered
  • Performs any other task as assigned by the Director of Nursing Most possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
