LPN IS ASSITED BY A CNA 24/7

Sign-On bonus $250 after 12 weeks of employment Great Environment, Wonderful family, Very Social setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of [location].
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
