SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Work directly with developmentally disable adult residents to ensure that their needs are met. Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care. Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in patient's care plan. Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations. Work with medical team, patient, and his or her family, and visitors to ensure the atmosphere is pleasant and positive. Participate in rounds, ensure others are caring for the patient, understand treatments that have been provided, and ascertain patient's future needs.
