Responsibilities Administer nursing care to elderly patients, following established nursing standards, procedures, and protocols. Monitor patient health status and respond to their physical and emotional needs efficiently. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and their families on health condition, medication, and home care needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Participate in educational workshops to keep professional knowledge up-to-date as per the latest healthcare standards.
