Role:
As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supervision to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Your duties will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions Documenting patient information and communicating with the healthcare team Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
