Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other nursing leadership. LPNs are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical care of residents, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring care plans are followed.
Typical LPN responsibilities include:
