We are seeking a dynamic LPN or RN candidate who has professional experience in a primary care clinic setting. The right candidate will bring a positive attitude, compassion, and flexibility to our nursing team and support the day-to-day clinical operations of our busy pediatric office. Must be a self starter, enthusiastic, take initiative and be pro-active. As an LPN or RN at Weston Pediatrics, you will enjoy working directly with our physicians to care for our patients and their families.

Qualifications:

RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts; minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience, preferably in an primary care clinic setting. Strong telephone triage and direct patient care skills required. Additional skills and duties include, but are not limited to, point of care laboratory testing, vaccine and injection administration, and medication administration. Phlebotomy skills highly preferred. The ideal RN/LPN nursing candidate will possess the ability to prioritize tasks, manage patient flow, and work well as part of a supportive, positive and dedicated nursing team. This position is 32-36 hours per week, including a scheduled weekend shift and shared holiday rotation.
