This role focuses on providing dedicated care to a high school female student, requiring skilled nursing services during school hours. This position offers 32 hours each week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Your clinical knowledge will make a direct impact on a students well-being and educational success.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Massachusetts Prior experience as a school nurse or in a pediatric/educational setting Skilled in performing tube feedings, flushes, and managing blowouts Professional, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively with educational staff Excellent documentation, observation, and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one nursing care for a high school female student during school hours Administer tube feeds and perform necessary flushes/blowouts as outlined in the students care plan Monitor the students health and respond to daily medical needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to facilitate optimal care Maintain accurate and confidential health records and reports Uphold safety, health, and infection control standards in accordance with school and state guidelines This assignment is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a structured school setting and is passionate about making a difference in a student's daily experience.
