Job Summary Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking dedicated and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs looking for competitive pay while working a consistent weekend schedule in a supportive healthcare environment. As part of the Weekend Warrior Program, you will play an important role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care while working alongside a dedicated and collaborative nursing team. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate nursing personnel. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care. Work collaboratively with the nursing team to support positive resident outcomes. Qualifications Active LPN license in the applicable state. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
