A contract opportunity is available for a skilled RN or LPN interested in making a direct impact in the lives of high school students. This position is based in Lincoln, MA, with services provided for the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll work closely with one student, providing essential nursing support while accompanying them on van transportation between their home and school, both mornings and afternoons. This role is ideal for a caring, attentive professional who values 1:1 interaction and enjoys a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current MA RN or LPN license required Experience in a school nursing, LPN/LVN, or similar educational setting preferred Ability to provide confident, compassionate care in a 1:1 environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Prior experience with student transportation or similar responsibilities a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and health monitoring for a designated high school student throughout transportation times Ensure student safety and well-being during van rides to and from school Administer medication or other prescribed treatments as needed Maintain required documentation and communicate effectively with school and healthcare teams Uphold confidentiality and adhere to professional standards at all times
