We are currently hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our pediatric practice. At Briarpatch Pediatrics, you'll be part of an amazing, supportive, and collaborative team dedicated to providing compassionate, family-centered care to children and their families. We're looking for nurses who are dependable, caring, team-oriented, and passionate about making a difference. What We Offer Full-time positions RNs and LPNs encouraged to apply Benefits and health insurance Supportive and collaborative team environment Pediatric and family-centered care Opportunities to learn, grow, and feel valued Multiple office locations across Cape Cod and Nantucket Responsibilities Accurately obtain and document patient medical histories Obtain and record vital signs, height, and weight Provide telephone triage and follow-up calls Administer vaccines, medications, and injections as ordered Perform hearing and vision screenings Collect specimens for laboratory testing Communicate with patients, parents, and caregivers to provide education, instructions, and follow-up Process prior authorizations and related clinical paperwork Utilize Epic EHR for clinical documentation and patient care coordination Work collaboratively with providers, nurses, and other members of the care team Maintain patient confidentiality and follow health, safety, and infection-control standards What We're Looking For Current RN or LPN license Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently when needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Compassionate and family-focused approach to patient care Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing best practices Computer proficiency; Epic experience is a plus Ability to manage a variety of responsibilities while working effectively as part of a team Flexibility to work across our Sandwich, Yarmouth Port, and Nantucket locations, including early evenings and Sundays Flexibility to work within our 7:00 AM-7:00 PM office hours, with typical shifts including 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and/or 10:00 AM-7:00 PM If you're looking for your next opportunity—or know an amazing nurse who would be a great fit—we'd love to hear from you!
