C.

Requirements:

National certification in Ambulatory Care Nursing Graduation from a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program or completion of equivalent military training that permits sitting for the State licensure examination Current, full, active, and unrestricted license (Any State)

Shall have practiced as an LPN performing hands-on patient care in the outpatient clinical setting for at least 12 months within the past 24 months.
