Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
RN/LPN PRN
to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a
RN/LPN PRN
, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In this role, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care plans, monitor resident conditions, and provide treatments and interventions as needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor resident conditions, reporting changes or concerns to the healthcare team Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
Requirements:
Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Maryland Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and caring towards residents
