Every day brings the opportunity to make a real impact by: Providing exception nursing care to pediatric patients within the scope of your license, ensuring children feel safe, supported, and cared for. Assessing pediatric patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with providers to delivery comprehensive care. Supporting families with education, resources, and reassurance to help them navigate their child's health journey. Helping with the management of pediatric chronic conditions, partnering with families to support ongoing care and improved outcomes. Administering and tracking pediatric immunizations to promote preventative health and long-term wellness. Championing preventative care by managing an assigned pediatric patient registry to improve health outcomes and support long-term wellness. You will build meaningful relationships with the children and families and truly make a lasting impact in their lives.
