LPN JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing setting in Harbor Springs, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working 12-hour night shifts while providing safe and effective care to residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider. Perform assessments and document patient care accurately. Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident comfort and safety. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and safety standards. Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Michigan LPN license required. Previous Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work 12-hour night shifts . Reliable and compassionate approach to resident care. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
