We Are Looking For:

• #1

Holland:

1 part-time day shift (8a-6p, Every other Thursday/Friday)

• #2 Holland, pediatric case : 1 part-time dayshift (930a-730p ,Sun only)
• #3 Zeeland, pediatric case : 1 part-time and 1 full-time nights (9p-7a)
• #4

Hudsonville:

1 part-time night shift (10p-8a)

• #5

Holland:

1 part-time day shift (6a-6p, Thursday and Fridays only)

• An active RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan.
• At least 1 year of experience in home health care (preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
