Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
