What We're Looking For:
A licensed practical nurse (LPN) with experience in clinical or hospital settings (preferred). Skilled in IV placement and confident in providing high-quality patient care. Reliable and professional , with a strong ability to multi-task and stay organized . A sharp eye for attention to detail —because the little things matter! Someone who's flexible and open to occasionally floating to our other locations .

Detailed Responsibilities and Duties Pre-Procedure Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for procedures (vitals, medical history updates, consent verification). Start IV lines and administer pre-procedure medications if within scope of practice. Assist with patient education—explain procedure steps, post-procedure care, and answer questions. Ensure proper identification and compliance with safety protocols. Delegate appropriate tasks to procedure support staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient readiness. During the
Procedure:
Assist physicians and RNs with procedures (handing instruments, monitoring patient status). Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses. Maintain sterile or aseptic technique during procedures. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are readily available and functioning.
Post-Procedure Care:
Monitor patients during recovery for adverse reactions or complications. Provide post-procedure instructions and assist with discharge planning. Document all care provided and communicate with the care team as needed.
General Clinical Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EMR systems. Clean and prepare procedure rooms before and after use. Stock and maintain medical supplies and medications. Follow infection control and safety protocols rigorously. Administrative Support (as needed): Answer patient inquiries via phone or in person. Schedule follow-up appointments. Coordinate with other healthcare providers or departments.
