RN or LPN:
As an RN or LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting our long-term care residents with compassionate, professional care by: Administering medications and treatments per physician orders Monitoring residents' health and reporting changes Overseeing and directing CNA staff during your shift Interpreting care plans, charts, and documentation Providing emotional support to residents and families Ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines
What You Bring:
Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Minnesota (Required) Graduation from an accredited nursing program Previous experience in long-term care preferred—but we're happy to train the right candidate Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple residents' needs Professional, empathetic, and resident-focused attitude Ready to Make a Difference?
