Job Description
Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) $27.00-$30.00/hour based on experience, full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Harry Meyering Center is hiring an LPN to support adults with disabilities living in homes throughout the Faribault area, helping them stay healthy, independent, and connected to their community — with a truly routine schedule and no weekend or overnight shifts. What you'll do Provide nursing care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community, in a respectful, person-centered way Administer medications and treatments per each person's care plan, and track and report any medication errors Train and coach direct support staff on medication administration, CPR, and recognizing signs of illness Keep medical records complete, accurate, and up to date Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers to relay updates, request orders, and get clarification when needed Respond to occasional on-call needs, primarily by phone — on-site visits are rare Step in for hands-on direct care when needed, including help with daily activities, home tasks, and medication administration What you'll need
