•$32.77/hour , based on experience Position Overview Hospital is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care in a clinic setting. The LPN will work collaboratively with providers, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to provide safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care. The LPN will assist with patient flow, clinical procedures, care coordination, documentation, and other delegated nursing responsibilities according to organizational policies and Minnesota scope-of-practice requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a clinic/outpatient setting. Assist providers with patient assessment, treatment, and care management. Perform patient rooming and obtain vital signs and medical histories. Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as directed. Collect and process laboratory specimens as needed. Perform phlebotomy and clinic laboratory testing as applicable. Provide telephone support and communicate with patients and providers. Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations. Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Assist with patient education and follow-up care. Support clinic workflow, patient flow, and daily operations. Order and stock clinical supplies as needed. Perform other clinical and administrative duties within the LPN scope of practice. Requirements Active Minnesota LPN/PN License at the time of submission
•Required Current BLS Certification
•Required Previous clinical or outpatient/clinic experience preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with providers and healthcare team members. Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.
