DRCC Bishop Woods is seeking caring, team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) who are passionate about improving the lives of others to support four medically complex young adults with disabilities in a home setting. At DRCC, we believe that a full life — one connected to family, work, and community — is a right, not a privilege. As a nurse in our MN 245D-licensed group home, you'll provide direct medical oversight and clinical support to four adults with developmental disabilities in a true home setting.

Nursing shifts here are meaningful:

you'll build real relationships with individuals, collaborate closely with direct care staff, and have the autonomy to make a genuine difference in people's lives.

Your Role:

Monitor individual's well-being and respond to health needs. Administer medications and treatments as ordered Coordinate with day staff, physicians, and care coordinators. Maintain accurate health documentation Support and guide DSPs/CNAs on your shift.

30 hours per week overnights, 9:30pm

• 7:30am. Scheduled days to be determined. PT Evenings 2-10pm, every other week: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday PT Mornings 7a-3pm
• Every other Thur, Fri, Sat & Mon PT Mornings 7a
