Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting. Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements :

Valid RN license in the state of practice. Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care. Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail. Skills need to include catheter change, medication management., wound care (included wound vac), INR and blood draws, lymphedema wraps Will need to have some weekday availability not only weekends.

Your Schedule, Pay & Location:

Part Time - flexible schedule RN will perform visits, intakes (skilled and non-skilled) and reassessments. $80/visit, $120/non-skilled intake, and $150/skilled intake.
