An 8-week contract LPN/RN position at a skilled nursing facility in Milbank, Minnesota. The role delivers nursing care, medication administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support resident health and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, adhering to all state and federal regulations Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans accurately within the EMR system Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care strategies Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to promote resident safety and comfort Assist with patient activities and provide emotional support to residents during shifts

Qualifications:

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota Basic Life Support (BLS) certification CPR certification State-specific licenses as required Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Ability to pass a full background check, strong communication skills, flexibility to work day, evening, and night shifts, and physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
