Current Minnesota LPN license required. BLS certification required. Should have at least 3 Months of experience as LPN (LTC)Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to assigned residents according to established standards, procedures, and individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team. Update and follow resident care plans as needed.
