What You'll Do As an LPN, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to providing quality, person-centered care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide Exceptional Resident Care Deliver compassionate nursing care based on individualized care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents' health, recognize changes in condition, and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. Complete nursing assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records within your scope of practice. Support and Lead Your Team Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants to ensure residents receive consistent, quality care. Work collaboratively with nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members. Help foster a positive environment where teamwork, communication, and mutual respect are priorities. Make a Difference Every Day Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, dignity, and independence. Participate in resident care planning and quality improvement initiatives. Follow infection prevention, safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe environment for everyone. What We're Looking For Current Minnesota LPN license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism in a busy healthcare environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting residents with mobility and personal care. Long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
