About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse to join our team in Bowling Green. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care possible. You will be expected to lead by example, providing guidance and support to your team while maintaining a professional and positive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active LPN license in the state of Missouri Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures Provide guidance and support to nursing staff as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Skills:
As a Charge Nurse, you will utilize your strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills on a daily basis. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of nursing staff, ensuring that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and to assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Additionally, you may be called upon to provide direct patient care as needed.
