Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking compassionate and skilled PRN LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing opportunities in Brentwood, MO. Responsibilities:

Provide direct, one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home or facility settings Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members regarding patient progress Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, and IV therapy as applicable Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout all care interactions

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri in good standing Previous private duty, home health, or clinical nursing experience preferred Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a PRN capacity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families Current CPR/BLS certification required Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Brentwood, MO and surrounding areas
