Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. 12 Hour Nights

•Scheduled Weekends

•Position may be sign-on bonus eligible up to $2,000

Qualifications:

Education :

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.

Experience :

Experience preferred.

Certifications :

Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire for LPNs in Missouri. Other unit specific certifications as required.

Licensure :

Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.

Physical Requirements/Demands :

Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
