Role:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you'll provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, administer medications, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with our residents, families, and other healthcare professionals are essential to providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Healthcare Team Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate residents and their families on disease management, medication use, and other health-related topics Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care and service

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Missouri High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or associate's degree in nursing preferred 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents; stand for long periods; and perform other physical demands of the job
