Day (7a-7p) or Night (7p-7a) Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding leadership role in skilled nursing and long-term care ? We are hiring an experienced Charge Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care while supporting residents, families, and nursing staff. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring quality resident care, supervising CNAs, coordinating daily clinical operations, and helping create a positive environment for residents and staff.What We Offer:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life Charge Nurse (LPN)Qualifications:
Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri CPR/BLS certification required 1-2 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a nursing team Join our team and make a meaningful difference every day by providing compassionate care to the residents who depend on you.
