Shifts:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life Charge Nurse (LPN)

Qualifications:
