Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other medical treatments as needed Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals Collaborate with our dietary and activity teams to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Requirements:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
