Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our senior residents. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work collaboratively with our nursing team to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as ordered by physicians Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting changes or concerns to the nursing team Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other LPNs, to ensure comprehensive care Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Requirements:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Missouri Completion of an accredited LPN program Experience in long-term care or similar setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, or pull upWhat We Offer:
