Summary We are seeking a dedicated Medical Cart Nurse to join our team at Brandon Community Care Center in Jackson, MS. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate and individualized care to our residents. Your expertise will help create a comfortable and supportive environment for those we serve. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents on the floor. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans. Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation. Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards. Assist with IV infusions and other critical procedures as needed. Educate residents and families about health management and wellness. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of [MS]. Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments. Strong critical care experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Shift Available:

3p-11p Monday-Friday
