Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the overall well-being and comfort of patients while adhering to medical standards and protocols.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions
  • Assist with physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide patient education on various health topics, including family planning and medication administration
  • Perform basic medical procedures such as catheterization and airway management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
  • Strong knowledge of medical standards, procedures, and protocols
  • Ability to perform physical examinations and provide appropriate care based on assessment findings
  • Competency in administering medications via various routes
  • Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques and interpretation of results
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in MS
  • CPR certification
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
