Job Description

Full-Time Position Shift:
7p-7a (12-hours)
Days:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday Seeking a licensed, dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Assistant Living Community . As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your primary duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans under the direction of the DON. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Provide compassionate nursing care under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each Elder. Administer medications and treatments in adherence to established protocols. Document care and maintain accurate resident records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited LPN program. Current LPN licensure in the state of Mississippi. Compassionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional care to seniors.
