Job Title:
Licensed Practical Nurse 8-hour shifts
3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am shift availableDiscover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.
Requirements:
LPN/LVN license required.
Responsibilities:
Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
