Responsibilities Depending on your license and role, responsibilities may include: Providing compassionate nursing care to residents Administering medications and treatments Monitoring residents and identifying changes in condition Completing assessments and accurate clinical documentation Communicating with providers, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team Following individualized care plans Promoting resident safety and quality of life Working collaboratively with CNAs and other members of the care team Following facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations
