The LPN provides physician support and nursing care to a designated patient population through treatments, medication administration, patient data collection, care coordination, and other clinical responsibilities under the direction of a provider or registered nurse. What you'll do Provide direct nursing care, treatments, and medication administration within LPN scope of practice. Collect and document patient data accurately and efficiently. Support providers with clinical procedures, patient flow, and care coordination. Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused clinical environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and operational excellence.
