- Weekend Evening & Night Shifts (3 PM-11 PM & 11 PM-7 AM) We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team.
Duties, Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Provide direct patient care and assist in the delivery of nursing services. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Monitor resident conditions, update care plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Hold an active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license . Demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, and team members. Previous experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred, but not required. #Brighton123Benefits
