Responsibilities Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, in accordance with healthcare regulations and nursing home policies. Monitor patient health and document nursing care in patient records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide necessary interventions. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations regarding privacy and security.
