Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our heart and vascular team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and support our physicians and nurse practitioners in delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients and prepare them for examinations Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient concerns Administer medications and injections as prescribed Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR) system Provide patient education regarding medications, procedures, and care plans Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment Collaborate with a team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of North Carolina CPR/BLS certification required Prior experience in a cardiology or specialty care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using EMR systems (experience with Epic a plus) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
