```Duties```
  • Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
  • Assist with patient assessments and triage to determine appropriate level of care
  • Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens for testing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems (e.g., Athenahealth)
  • Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of disease
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care ```Qualifications```
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of
NORTH CAROLINA
  • Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
  • Ability to perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens
  • Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., Athenahealth)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
