What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents' conditions and report significant changes to the supervising RN or healthcare provider. Perform routine nursing tasks, including wound care, specimen collection, and catheter care. Obtain and document vital signs and maintain accurate clinical records. Support individualized care plans through ongoing communication with the care team. Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety in every interaction. Assist residents and families with education regarding care plans and health management. Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and initiate timely interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, resident-centered care. What We're Looking For Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina . Current CPR and First Aid certification. Strong clinical observation and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
